On this day my son came to visit K. and I at my mother's house. CPS split up the siblings just as they hammered out in the "secret" hearing where Robert Arnold's charges were dropped, so Noah was made to live with Robert Arnold with a confidential address. Yes. They allowed Robert Arnold, who sexually abused his daughter, to live with a confidential address with his other victim.
That day my son arrived with strange marks on his neck, and he told me his father, Robert Arnold, strangled him and showed me how he wrapped his hands around his neck. I took him to Grossmont Hospital (see report) and the hospital records show he told the doctor that his father did "to hurt me", and also disclosed about his father stepping on his back hurting him so badly he could barely hug me at a visit. This was never investigated by CPS and the social worker Nancy Hess called me "frantic" in a report and admittedly hung up on me as I was pleading with her to get my son to safety.

(N's back cracks loudly when getting up from a lying position, I discovered after the event when he stayed the night).
I called the police and the police sent him home with his abuser again saying I made it up because I was in a custody battle. The only reason we are in a custody battle is because the kids told that dad was abusing them and although I didn't believe it the first time, because he managed to convince me otherwise, when my daughter told me in October 28, 2011 when I came home from work and she was in distress. He got right to work using his knowledge of the juvenile dependency system from his former work with the County at San Pasqual academy and New Alternatives, and wrote lengthy statements about my out of control drug use and "delusions". Cue the gaslighting on steroids.
I am still trying to get to what happened with my son, but as you can see I have problems keeping it brief, so much has happened.
CPS never investigated when I reported my children had been hurt and accused me and my mother of "coaching" at the same time they covered up and hid abuse. This is criminal and they allowed my children to be hurt while protecting the father. All this was done with the judicial permission of crooked judges including the one currently presiding over my case, Commissioner Darlene White, who removed the mediator's report from the court file and wrote her own she says - more editing and illegal misconduct on her part. She has clear bias just like all the other judges, not for the best interest of the children, but for some sick reason my children have become victims of a Pedophile Network you have to see to believe.
Finally, what happened to my son is that the next day he told me that his butt hurt. He told me his dad, Robert Arnold put "lotion in his butt" with his penis. This corroborates his account he gave at Chadwick Center in February when social worker Melinda Meekan took him for a forensic interview after I told her what Noah said. It was never reported what he told this investigator - IT WAS NEVER INVESTIGATED AND NEVER REPORTED JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER TIMES. CPS covered it up, and I found all these documents later that proves what they knew and what they did in response.
At no time did they act to protect the children, even when obviously physically injured in ways a child should never be hurt. They just hid documents via "Stipulated protective orders" put in place by the "team" (what they call themselves) and prevented me from getting them. Which brings me to this heartbreaking incident.
I took my son to Rady Children's Hospital ER for his bottom and after meeting with police, the hospital social worker, and the doctor referred him to Chadwick Center as met the criteria for child abuse investigation.
A doctor examined him with me in the room, and he told her things. She took photos, saw mine that I had taken (high resolution images with time and date stamp) and told me they were good photos.
This doctor told me that N. could do his forensic testimony that same day, if the social worker approved it. I said sure, and she called her. Maybe 20 minutes later Melinda Meekan from CPS shows up and is upset at me and irritated, then goes to the back with the doctor for about 45 minutes. I should have left with my son, but due to my attempted kidnapping in 2012 after going crazy from this deprivation and torment I figured that wouldn't be a good idea.
Another gal that Melinda Meekan has called for "backup" arrives and Melinda tells me that she's taking him back to his father, ending my visit. I went nuts! I was outraged and I died at the idea that I could NOT PROTECT MY OWN CHILD due to this unlicensed social worker's illegal removal of my own child just 6 years old who'd been sodomized repeatedly by his father.
I really hope this story gets out because people need to know about these sick sadists, and see who they are up close. I still can't believe the evil these pervs and pedos and the people who help harm children - but I digress..
I told my son that these people were wrong to make him go back with his father, who stood there shaking with his little red blanket, just moments ago thinking he was going to get some help.
Then, of course Melinda Meekan and CPS instantly put a protective order over the medical records so I can't get access to them, but not so with the Pedophiles attorney, Graciela Zavala who apparently has them, but my court appointed attorney Pablo Navarro who works with the Network signing things in my absence, and deciding not to call K's therapist as a witness ON HIS OWN, telling me what "we" are going to do.
I was given the run around by my own attorney, by the court clerks, and even after filing a HIPAA complaint I am unable to access these records from my son's sexual assault that I TOOK HIM TO to get him help. These records were key because the final custody hearing was to take place and then the social worker Melinda Meekan did something unbelievable..
Melinda Meekan wrote a fictional account of the events at Chadwick and made up her own information. For instance, she includes what the mother (I) was saying to my son, but called it a lie and then quotes the doctor that says it was emotional abuse and there was nothing to see and it was all imaginary. Just her report was considered and there was no evidence to back her story up.
In fact, the medical records will indicate that Melinda Meekan lied in her report, as she was not present during the exam as she claims in her story because if she was she would have known that the doctor took photographs of the injuries, which according to Meekan, didn't exist. In fact, she quotes the doctor as saying something disparaging about the mother (me) for taking photos, like that it wasn't appropriate - when the doctor had told me I had gotten good images.
But it doesn't stop there. The CPS and pedo court also placed me on supervised visitation, and also my mother, for reporting abuse or as they love to say "making allegations". This is ILLEGAL and clearly retaliatory as they know I would never harm my children. It is also in violation of California Family Code 3027:
3027.5. (a) No parent shall be placed on supervised visitation, or
be denied custody of or visitation with his or her child, and no
custody or visitation rights shall be limited, solely because the
parent (1) lawfully reported suspected sexual abuse of the child, (2)
otherwise acted lawfully, based on a reasonable belief, to determine
if his or her child was the victim of sexual abuse, or (3) sought
treatment for the child from a licensed mental health professional
for suspected sexual abuse.
CommiSSIONERner Darlene White said at the final move-away, which she granted when I was not present, nor had representation, and she "rewrote" the mediator's report altering court records, well she said that the supervised visitation was "proper" and supports this illegal retailiation thereby violating basic civil rights and human rights of my children and my family.
I've tried everything to get a real court with a real judge but its been 3 years and other options such as going civil or federal.
